“Behind the wine, there's always a story of friendship, of a fascinating encounter. What interests me is to have someone who tells me about their product, who makes me appreciate it, who shows me their vines, their tools... When I open a bottle, there is always the story that goes with it. My greatest pleasure is to share with my customers what I have shared with the winemakers. I am fortunate to meet exceptional people who love their work and talk about their wines with so much passion... I want my wine cellar to be a place where people feel good. Wine is a moment of sharing, there's always a piece of sausage on the table and a good bottle ready to be opened! I come from a family that's been in Saint-Tropez since Charles V. I cut my teeth at the Chez Fuchs restaurant before launching the Bistrot d'Olivier, which received a gold rating from the Gault & Millau guide. I am now focused on wines. I deliver to restaurants every day, in the morning and in the evening for both services. Sometimes I have to rush out at 10 pm to deliver a specific wine... I have clients in Marseille, Monaco, Cannes, and at the ski resorts in the winter. If people can't come to us, the Cave d'Olivier Fuchs goes to them!”
