“My work begins with a dialogue with the space. The people who work in these places have to feel good about what I design. I know what I'm talking about: I've had several restaurants! When I arrived in Saint-Tropez, I opened the first one with Lolo and his brother Titoff, the comedian. When the season ended, I went to the United States to work with the famous designer Stéphane Dupoux. The Nikki Beach in Miami, the Buddha Bar in New York... that was us! In Saint-Tropez, I helped develop the identity of Laure Beretti's Maison ST boutique, and Paul Breuza trusted me with his Bistrot Madeleine and the Strand... And I recently became an agent for a sublime French handcrafted product: coconut fiber parasols and sunshades. I have placed them on several beaches along the Gulf of Saint-Tropez: Moorea, Prao, Tortù, and Pearl Beach, as well as at La Réserve de Ramatuelle. For furniture, I work with the professional interior designer SDCH D’co Design. For each new project, it's a question of imagining an ambiance that connects to the space so that the clients—starting with me!—want to come back.”
